Meet Senior Attorney
Anthony M. Moccia
President
Mr. Moccia received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and his Paralegal Certificate from Marist College, where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Moccia went on to earn his Law Degree from Touro Law School. Anthony M. Moccia joined the Law Offices of Kobrick & Moccia as a Law Clerk in 2006. Upon passing the New York State Bar exam and being admitted to practice law in the State of New York, he was named as Associate Attorney at the Firm. He is admitted to the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations where he serves as a member of the Elder Law, Trusts & Estates Section.
Over time, he worked his way up to become a Partner at the Firm. Mr. Moccia assumed ownership of the firm in June of 2021 when founding partner, Saul Kobrick retired. Saul Kobrick sadly passed away in 2022.
